Supper and ghost hunt at The Skirrid Inn - Saturday April 10th 2027
One of Britains most haunted locations!
Nestled in the beautiful countryside, The skirrid Inn is Wales' oldest inns, dating back to the 12th Century. This atmospheric building has a long and fascinating history - and a reputation for paranormal activity that has made it a must visit location for paranormal investigators.
From reports of a spectral lady to unexplained footsteps, strange sounds and other unexplained encounters, countless stories have become attached to the inn over the centuries. With it's ancient beams, traditional rooms and crackling fireplaces, it certainly has the atmosphere to match it's reputation!
We missed out on a public event this year to it being so popular so were so pleased to be able to secure a date for 2027.
There is an optional 2 - course meal meal for those who'd like to eat here first, arrival time is 8 PM to eat at 8.30 PM at an extra cost of £16.50.
Meal choices are for mains:
Cod and chips
Steak and ale pie and chips
Veggie Lasagna and chips
Dessert choices are :
Chocolate fudge cake and cream
Apple pie and custard
I will contact those who would like to eat 10 days before the event to take your meal choices.
For those who dont want to eat, arrival time is 9 PM.
Once everyone is finished we will head upstairs to start our investigation. There will be local guests using the bar until midnight, but once midnight arrives the entire inn will be ours until 3 AM!
We can't offer accomodation at the inn but there are local options available if you'd rather stay over than make the journey home in the early hours.
